For our patients without dental insurance coverage, we are introducing our Smiles Club Membership Programs. There are three programs designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at a reasonable price.
Included in The Program
2 exams
4 digital bitewing x-rays
Full mouth series or panoramic x-ray
2 teeth desensitizing treatment (if indicated)
2 fluoride treatments (if indicated)
1 emergency exam and x-ray
Any intra oral photographs taken
10% off all other treatments including fillings, crowns, veneers, build ups, sealants, extractions, partials, dentures, exams, additional cleanings, etc.
The yearly fee for the Smiles Club Memberships:
Adult Healthy Patient $399 for individual/$349 for source/each dependent (over $700 value per person) includes 2 regular cleanings
Newly Established Periodontal Patient $899 (over $1300 value per person) includes Scaling and Root Planning on all 4 quadrants, 2 Periodontal cleanings
Established Periodontal Patient: $699 (over $900 value per person) includes 4 periodontal cleanings
